Who is NexTable for?
NexTable is designed for restaurant owners, general managers, operations leaders, finance and payroll teams, and groups operating one or more venues.
Which parts of the platform are available today?
NexTable is currently onboarding restaurants in New York City. Capability and implementation scope can vary, so the demo process identifies what is available, in preview, in development or coming soon for your operation.
Is the product data shown on this website live?
No. Product previews on this website use illustrative data and do not represent a live restaurant, customer result or production account.
How does implementation work?
The process begins with your venues, operating workflows, roles, current systems and implementation requirements. NexTable will confirm scope and next steps before representing a capability as available to your team.
Can NexTable support one venue and restaurant groups?
The operating model is designed for both a single venue and multi-venue groups, with venue context and group visibility treated separately. Exact availability and configuration are confirmed during the demo process.
Which systems does NexTable integrate with?
No named integrations are publicly confirmed on this website yet. Bring your current systems to the conversation and NexTable will assess the required data flow, ownership and implementation scope.
Does Eve take action without a manager?
Eve is positioned to draft, organize, identify exceptions and suggest actions. Consequential actions require human review, with the manager able to approve, edit or reject the recommendation.
How is NexTable priced?
Pricing is quote based rather than published as a fixed plan. A quote may consider venue count, operating complexity, covers, pay cycles, integrations and implementation requirements. No free trial is currently advertised.
How is data access controlled?
The platform is designed around permission-based access, account boundaries and venue context. The roles, access model and data handling that apply to a specific implementation should be confirmed directly with NexTable.
What support is included?
Support and implementation arrangements are defined for the needs of each restaurant or group. NexTable does not publish an unqualified response-time or around-the-clock support promise on this site.
