What the workspace holds

Payroll files, contracts, licences and useful images should help managers run the restaurant. Manager Space keeps deliberately shared files under the right venue, accessible to its authorized managers.

Operators and groups that need the paperwork to outlive the person who filed it.
Single venues with a stack of licences, and groups that need every venue’s documents in the same structure.
Attach, then ask to share
Give Eve a file and ask to share it in Manager Space. Attaching a file alone does not make it visible to other managers.
Find it in the shared space
Authorized managers can find shared files for the venue, ask Eve about accessible content and download the originals.
Control who opens it
File access is checked for the venue and the manager. Sharing a file never exposes the rest of a private conversation.
What exists today
A shared management library, with Eve as the point of entry.
An explicit sharing request copies the selected file to the venue’s management library and records the result in Activity. The original conversation stays separate. Authorized managers can consult shared files and download them through an authenticated route.

Limits
Management support, not payroll execution.
Storing or reviewing a payroll file does not change pay rates, payroll records or payments. Images and scans may need visual review; no complete OCR, automatic renewal or e-signature workflow is promised.
