SMS Terms and Privacy Policy

NexTable sends text messages to restaurant team members on behalf of the venue that schedules them: your published work schedule, changes to your shifts, updates on the requests you sent, and the instructions to access your personal staff space.

You receive text messages only after you agree to them, for example by saying yes when your manager asks: “Would you like to receive updates by text?”

Text messages are optional. Your schedule stays available in your NexTable staff space.

Message frequency varies with your schedule and the changes made to it. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Reply HELP at any time for help, or write to contact@nextable.tech.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving our text messages. Reply START to receive them again.

We use your mobile number only to send you the messages described on this page.

We do not share your mobile number or your SMS data with anyone except our texting service provider, which delivers the messages on our behalf. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number, your opt-in or your consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
